This is a quick update on the rewards shipping and refund status:
All international shipments (outside US) have been completed and now domestic (US) shipments have begun.
Please note the following:
– Please wait one month before asking about the shipping status of your package, as the packages are sent after clearing different stages. We (UTD team) do not have all the details about the actual shipment. All the inquiries regarding the shipment should be made to Right Stuf, our fulfillment company. (To reduce shipping costs, we do not use the tracking number.)
– We can no longer accept shipping address changes and replies on figurine refunds, as we have arrived at the final phase of the rewards production and shipment promised on Kickstarter. Please make necessary arrangements with the postal service in your country, if you have moved. All undelivered packages will be sent back to Right Stuf, then eventually to Japan. The package can be resent to you ONLY if you cover the shipping and handling cost of $15 and it can take several months.
The refund process is about 40% complete. However, due to a large amount of transactions from Japan, PayPal is requiring us to verify our identity while our account is being locked. Our manager from UTD production team is now in talks with PayPal regarding the lock out. So we ask for your patience in this matter. (As soon as the issue is resolved, we will resume the refund process.)
