Shipping and Refund Update

Dear Backers,

This is a quick update on the rewards shipping and refund status: 

1. Shipping

All international shipments (outside US) have been completed and now domestic (US) shipments have begun.

Please note the following:

– Please wait one month before asking about the shipping status of your package, as the packages are sent after clearing different stages. We (UTD team) do not have all the details about the actual shipment. All the inquiries regarding the shipment should be made to Right Stuf, our fulfillment company. (To reduce shipping costs, we do not use the tracking number.)

We can no longer accept shipping address changes and replies on figurine refunds, as we have arrived at the final phase of the rewards production and shipment promised on Kickstarter. Please make necessary arrangements with the postal service in your country, if you have moved. All undelivered packages will be sent back to Right Stuf, then eventually to Japan. The package can be resent to you ONLY if you cover the shipping and handling cost of $15 and it can take several months.

2. Refund

The refund process is about 40% complete. However, due to a large amount of transactions from Japan, PayPal is requiring us to verify our identity while our account is being locked. Our manager from UTD production team is now in talks with PayPal regarding the lock out. So we ask for your patience in this matter. (As soon as the issue is resolved, we will resume the refund process.)

    Any updates on the refund process? The last update was at the end of February. It’s almost the end of March and I still haven’t gotten my refund or any information that the refund process is back on track.

    Hell, I don’t even know if UtD support got my response for a refund all the way back in December.

    “Please be informed it may take some time before you receive our response due to our limited resources. ”

    What a joke. I’ve sent out more than one email requesting for the refund before the deadline on Dec.31st and I haven’t gotten a single response since then.

    To anyone is still reading the comment section in hopes of figuring out what’s happening to your 200 dollar refund. It might be a good idea to just give up hope on it. With the lack of information going around, the fact that they’re refunding people is beginning to be highly suspect.

    I’m still waiting on information regarding my refund as well.
    I have all the information necessary I just need to get in contact with anyway.

    @everyone

    For those who have a missing item, check your RighStuf invoice, if the missing item is listed on the invoice, contact RightStuf.

    If the missing item is NOT listed on your RightStuf invoice, then contact BackerKit.

    If you haven’t received your Figure Refund Option, Contact UTD.

    received all physical stuff but what about the figurine refund? if no refunds what then? other’s got 200$ refund but i dont? can i at least get the script signed? i pledged for 500$ and got worth of 300$ pledge its not fair and unethical to not give what you promised to.

    i haven’t received anything regarding the refund options and just now i noticed that it is over? are you serious? we backed this project like everyone did so at least give us what we asked for and since you changed the figurine you have let the backers have an option to choose either to have a refund or not. i am waiting for reply and i will keep asking till i get.

    Im in the USA and still have no refund for the figure I paid for and still haven’t gotten my physical rewards (blurayof the show) i contacted them multiple times and they just keep pushing back the refund date. Apparently paypal locked there account so they are trying to unlock it.(should only take few calls and email to unlock) once march ends if I still have nothing and no word from them im gunna petition this and any future project. Its a shame as I loved the Episode and really enjoyed the project until they just when silent and seem to not care and moved on. Treat your fans right and they will treat you right.

    I still have yet to receive the refund options for the figure, I hope you don’t mean I’m not getting a refund.
